Laser Focus

I needed to stay focused; I was losing my edge. Getting caught up in my own way, I need to find a way to refocus.

How about you all? Have you lost your focus? What do you do once you get off course?

I've discovered the answer. Staying focus involves being mindful of where I am in any given moment. Easier said than done.

By practicing moment-mindfulness, I build-up a tolerance or immunity to waste, boredom, and lack of clarity. it takes work...hard work. But, it's doable.

Bottomline: start now to increase your focus by being more in the moment. Lost your mojo? get it back by simply requesting it --in the moment, that is.
