Question: R U keeping Your Head to the Sky?Back-in-the-day, I was really into an obscure...slightly famous R&B band named Earth Wind & Fire (EWF). Their debut album (BCD --before CDs) was entitled, "Keep Your Head to the Sky." How fitting, because as Job-seekers, that unemployed head gets kinda heavy. So heavy, in fact, that it hangs down.Physiologically, as our heads hang low, as lowdown trails our spirit. Next, comes, self-doubt, worry, fear, and finally --DESPERATION! "I'll take ANY job," I hear ya saying. WRONG! I wouldn't hire you...nor will any worthwhile employer. No matter what that little voice inside is whispering in your ear (this is the one instance when you seriously need to tell that little voice to GTH {goto H...}), you must drive on. How? It begins with pulling out an old dusty vinyl from EWF, placing the stylus needle on the spinning album, and mouthing the words from EWF's title-tracked, debut album --->
