How I Handled My Fear May 19, 2012 |
Having a Fear of FearLosing a Job or even staring a search to change careers can be not only stressful but also fearful (believe me, I know exactly how you feel--i.e. been there and got the T-shirt). I recently encountered a fear (a better word is panic attack/phobia).You see, it all started on a bridge in Louisiana, USA. As a result, I experienced a Fear like I had never known -- a genuine Phobia. Fear can be paralyzing!!! My weekly blog and radio show explores this topic a little more in depth.
