It's Your Money!
I was asked to provide some practical personal money management for our young U.S. Military Service Members. The more I thought about it, the more I felt called to go above and beyond. But how??? Reflecting back to my own struggles with money as a young Soldier, I wrote about ME!. The result, an eBook (download by clicking the graphic above) and a blogpost (http://encouraging-people.eresumes4vips.com/2012/10/i-remember-my-military-paycheck.html). Read the book for important tips, but wait...there's more. If you are unemployed -- if you want to change jobs -- if you want to secretly leave your partner to start a new life -- if you want to start a new business, leaving your secure cubicle for a self-employed life... It's about the Money! We must mind our money. No, be afraid to take the leap. Yet, plan on success through failure. What do i mean by this? Simply, our new life or venture could take 6 - 12 months. Can you or I survive that long without an income? Here's the key... Endure -- or make it through the toughness. Put away the necessary survival -- rainy day -- money for that leap of faith. Once your bank account has the necessary funds ($10, or $100, or $100,000) you can expand. The edginess and stress can be reduced by having that financial cushion. And then, you can focus solely upon working your dream. Whatever it is! ~Andre (namaste')
